Return Policy

We have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. We promise to refund less shipping fee when we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of receipt of the product and the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment less 35% restocking fee.

Refunds do not apply to custom made item or any feather made item. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewelry.

We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received. For your safety please return via secured/insured method.
