We have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. We promise to refund less shipping fees when we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of receipt of the product and the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment less 35% restocking fee.
Most of our items are handmade to order. We are a small independent business and we charge 35% restocking fee to cover labor, shipping, packaging fees etc.
All sales are final. Refunds do not apply to all sale items or feather made items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewelry.

Christmas Ordering Deadlines and Holiday Returns Policy
If you need to return an item other than pierced jewelry, it may fall under our extended returns policy for the holidays. Our extended return policy for the holidays is January 03, 2014. For return please contact email@example.com for an approval RA# prior to return. Our ordering deadline for contiguous US is December 18, 2013.
All domestic US orders are being shipped through USPS Priority. If you need a piece urgently please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the option of rushing your item.
