1-3 WEEKS for international deliveries

For your safety Designs by Portobello encourage you to have your parcel insured. Designs by Portobello cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Insurance is available for an extra fee upon request.

Designs by Portobello will not accept packages returned due to failure to accept delivery.

RUSH ORDER:
If you need a piece urgently please contact susan@portobellojewelry.com to discuss the option of rushing your item. We can do our best to fulfill your order, however please expect to pay rush shipping fees.

Please plan ahead and allow enough time for delivery. Designs by Portobello is not responsible for any items arriving late for your event or delays caused by postal/shipping companies.
Refunds and Exchanges
JEWELRY:
Please contact Designs by Portobello prior to any returns within 3 days upon receipt of your purchase. You will be provided RMA # and you must return your purchase within 3 days with the RMA # provided. Return for store credit or refund will not be possible if the items arrive worn or damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In these cases the items will be returned to you.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Designs by Portobello cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

EARRINGS - in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations earrings are strictly non returnable.

HEADBANDS, VEILS, HEADPIECES AND CUSTOM ORDERS,:
Due to the nature of these items in our shop these are strictly non returnable. If you would like to exchange a piece for another please contact Designs by Portobello.

If you saw a piece and you don’t see if for sale on our shop, please send us an image of the item. We’ll be happy to fulfill your request if possible.
